1.max force
2.the total force  generate that force
3.the order of that force

we used the rowing machines to mow much force you use and what muscles you use to

softball

  • Explain the physical activity you participated in.
I participated in a game called softball its like base ball but you can use the T-ball or you can get a pitcher to throw it under arm the aim of the game is to hit the ball as far as you can run to all four bases with out getting touch with the ball.

  • What level of effort and engagement were you participating at during today’s physical activity? Why? (Grade yourself NA, A or M and refer to marking criteria)
I give myself a Merit because i did very well with my injury by getting home runs and incarnating my team mates to get to base to base.

  • What were three factors which influenced your participation?
injury/illness - challenge + friends/classmates +
  • Explain HOW these factors affected your participation (with specific examples)
injury/illness effected my participation because i had an injury from a soccer game i landed on my ankle so it was harder to run and hit the softball because when i went to hit the ball i would wist and my ankle would heart so it made my participation go down.

challenge was good for me because of my ankle i would try find away to be conferrable so that was a challenge and also when i was running to base to base and when i got to those base my participation would go up.

friends and classmates were helping get into the game when i wasn't feeling like i wanted to play and when my classmates were cheering when i was going base to base and when i did some home runs it made my participation go up.
  • How could you increase your (or your peers) participation in this activity in the future?
get more people into the like i did because there were some people on the side line just watching not participating like they should.

Ultimate frisbee

  • What level of effort and engagement were you participating at during today’s physical activity? Why? (Grade yourself NA, A or M and refer to marking criteria)
i give myself an achieved because i was not trying my best because of my asthma it was making me not play as well as would of liked to participated in the the sport we were playing that is why i give myself an achieved

  • What were three factors which influenced your participation?
Wellbeing - Fun/Enjoyment + Challenge +

  • Explain HOW these factors affected your participation (with specific examples)
Wellbeing effected my participation because of my asthma was slowing me down and making my chest sore, The asthma made the boring so that made my participation go down.

Challenge effected how i throw the Frisbee because of the raft wind that was making the Frisbee fly up or in a different direction.

Fun/Enjoyment effected my participation because when the Frisbee was pass to me i was getting into the game then my participation would go up because of that one thing.

  • Explain the physical activity you participated in.
Today's physical activity was table tennis or ping pong but first we had to set up the tables that we were going to play on but it was a new tennis table so we had to put it together it took us a period because we got confused to were what nails and bots go what thing so once we finish we went into pairs and we played four games you had table tennis racket that had rubber on each side and a ping pong your spouse to hit it over the little net that was on the table.

  • What level of effort and engagement were you participating at during today’s physical activity? Why? (Grade yourself NA, A or M and refer to marking criteria)

I give myself an merit because i was giving me team mate tips and trying my best in what i learnt in my previous experiences and i was encouraging my team mate if he missed up because everyone misses up time to time.

  • What were three factors which influenced your participation?
Fun/Enjoyment + sense of achievement + skill level -
  • Explain HOW these factors affected your participation (with specific examples)
Fun/Enjoyment was good because every time i would get a point i would get more into the game so it made my participation to go up each time i got a point.

sense of achievement was good because most of us were working on the table we were eager to get the table up so we could start playing so that made my participation to go up.

skill level wasn't good because most of my hits were just missing the table and some of my serves weren't going over the net making my participation go down.
  • How could you increase your (or your peers) participation in this activity in the future?
i would get the table ready before we come in for pe and work on some skills before we play too.
