200 challenge

  • Explain the physical activity

Me and my class participated in fitness test with the year nines we had too do 200 squids, sit ups and 20 laps in pairs

  • What level of effort and engagement were you participating at during today’s physical activity? Why?
i grade myself an merit because i was motivating my partner to take part in the most of the sit ups and by doing my part and more than i could do to push my self in till i had finish the aim of 200 and 20 fitness subjects.

  • What were three factors which influenced your participation?
friends/classmates + sense of achievement + fitness -

  • Explain HOW these factors affected your participation (with specific examples)
friends/classmates were positive and helping me and making me see the goal that was given so that made my participation go up.

sense of achievement was in my mined so it made my participation go up.

fitness wasn't good because i haven't been doing my runs or work outs lately so it was hared for me too do the 200 challenge so that made my participation go down.
  • How could you increase your (or your peers) participation in this activity in the future?
helping them out and reminding them too workout daily.

Projectile motion

What is projectile motion?
Projectile motion is what you look at when the object is released on the best angle or height for a better distance or the best way to take your shots for basketball for an example when you line up for your 3's for you to get most of them in you shoot at 45 angle releasing the ball at the best height you can get it in the hoop that's called trajectory (flight bound) as well.

What are the three parts of PM?
three parts to projectile motion is trajectory that is a flight bound and gravity were the higher you go the greater distance the object will go and the force that you will give.

Explain the activity this morning related to PM?
this morning me and my class related to Projectile motion by doing this activity we had paper and a rubber band we had to rip the paper up and fowled it up or make a little ball then we started to flick it around in the air.

levers

Today me and my class started our 2nd lesson on levers there are three class effort, fulcrum and load. Here are some examples

1st class is a seesaw when a person puts effort on one side and the other side is the load because he or she is making them go up while some is putting effort and the fulcrum is the middle of the seesaw.

The 2nd class is an wheelbarrow because the effort is in the middle and the load is were you hold and the fulcrum is at the other end.

The 3rd is an arm because of your joints are acting like a fulcrum and effort is your muscles in the middle of your arm so when your holding something in your hand that will be the load. That is what we learnt so far then we put that in to a little crafting activity using pen, paper, glue and size's putting what we learnt in to action.
